Gregory A. Garcia is a dedicated litigator, who brings his unique and diverse legal experience combined with a passion for justice. Gregory obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law. While attending law school, Gregory was a member of the University of La Verne and BLSA mock trial teams and was selected to be the Federal Civil Procedure teaching assistant. Gregory earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Riverside, where he was awarded a Reserve Officers’ Training Corps full scholarship.
Prior to joining Herman Law, Gregory gained extensive litigation experience working for multiple national insurance defense firms, and boutique litigation firms. His experience representing both victims and insurers has given Gregory unique perspective and insight into the strategies and limitations of representing victims of sexual abuse.
Gregory is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for both the Central and Southern Districts of California.
