Benjamin is a senior associate at Herman Law in the New York Office, who utilizes his experience in both the criminal and civil litigation to realms to advocate for survivors of sexual assault and help them obtain the justice they deserve.
After law school, Ben began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where he worked for several years in the Narcotics and Special Investigations Units. In this capacity, Ben handled felony prosecutions and investigations and gained valuable courtroom and trial experience. He then worked at a large, national defense litigation firm, handling the defense of a variety of personal injury cases from inception through trial.
Ben earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware, where he was a member of the Mock Trial team. He then earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School as a Carswell Scholarship recipient. Ben is admitted to practice in New York State and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
