Kenneth Kim is a seasoned litigator with over 15 years of experience who primarily focused on high exposure and catastrophic losses in the context of general tort liability and transportation law in New York and New Jersey State and Federal courts. In joining Herman law, he has dedicated himself to zealously representing sexual abuse victims and seeking justice for them throughout the litigation process. His prior defense experience also gives him a unique perspective into the defense world’s strategies which he leverages against them in order to achieve the best possible results for his clients.
Kenneth handles all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution and has succeeded in the dismissal and prosecution of a myriad of claims via summary judgment and assisted with obtaining defense verdicts on several high exposure jury trials by working closely with trial counsel. Further, Mr. Kim has substantial experience mediating cases and is a skilled negotiator that regularly obtains favorable results for his clients to achieve maximum damages under the law.
Before joining Herman Law, Kenneth worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kevin G. Callahan (retired) at the Superior Court of New Jersey and several other prominent national insurance defense firms located in New York City.
Kenneth is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. He attended Seton Hall University School of Law earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2007 and Binghamton University earning his Bachelor of Science degree in 2002.
