Allegra Rineer began her legal career working for a premier insurance defense firm, defending healthcare professionals from claims of malpractice. Inspired to help injured parties, she left to pursue a career as Plaintiff’s attorney, focusing her practice on childhood sexual abuse, elder sexual abuse and physical abuse of special needs children. Additionally, as a Plaintiff’s attorney, she has practiced in wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, and government entity liability. Allegra is a native of Orange County and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in 2011, where she was a Dean’s Circle member for academic excellence. Allegra gives back to the legal community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and Orange County Trial Lawyers’ Charities.
