Danielle received her B.A. from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Pace University School of Law. She spent the first 18 years of her career as an insurance defense civil trial attorney before joining Herman Law as a Senior Associate; advocating for victims of sexual assault. Having exclusive defense experience gives Danielle a unique advantage in litigating cases for her clients as she is intimately familiar with the strategies and methods employed by insurance companies and the attorneys they retain. She has extensive experience litigating in state courts throughout New York and New Jersey as well as in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
When she is not actively advocating for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and volunteering in her community.
