Nick has spent his legal career working across a broad spectrum of civil litigation practice areas, handling cases in the areas of general liability, construction defects, and labor law. Indeed, he is a seasoned practitioner who is well-versed with every stage of the litigation process, from pre-suit investigations through appellate practice, especially in the defense of parties within the insurance context. This unique insight and knowledge into the strategies and methods that instruct defense work has afforded Nick invaluable experience that he now utilizes to obtain the best possible outcomes for his clients at Herman Law.
Nick received his B.A. cum laude in English and Rhetoric from Bates College in 2003 and earned his J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University School of Law in 2009. While attending law school, Nick served as the Lead Articles Editor on the Law Review, received the Jurisprudence Award in both Civil Litigation and Professional Responsibility, and was named a Carol DiMaiti Scholar.
Nick is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, as well as in federal courts in both jurisdictions, including the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of Massachusetts.
