Scott Duquin

Scott is an experienced trial attorney who devotes his entire practice to survivors of sexual abuse.

He has been selected to the 2021 New York Metro Super Lawyers list, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Scott has extensive trial and appellate experience representing individuals to multi-national corporations in catastrophic personal injury matters. Immediately prior to joining Herman Law, Scott spent the last several years representing individuals injured through the negligence, malpractice, and malfeasance of others including wrongful death, limb amputation, birth injury, and medical malpractice. Scott started his career working for a prominent insurance coverage and insurance defense firm, where he gained invaluable experience in the business of risk management and insurance defense. Over the course of his career, Scott has also successfully represented several small business owners in various litigated commercial and real property matters.

Scott attended law school at the University of Buffalo School of Law. Scott earned his undergraduate degree from SUNY Fredonia.

Scott has been named a Super Lawyer in New York in the area of personal injury from 2013 through the present. Scott has a Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished rating and an AVVO rating of 10, Superb.
