She is a passionate and diligent litigator that understands the complex dynamics of high stakes New York civil cases. Catherine’s experience on both sides of a lawsuit provides her with the unique ability to efficiently resolve claims and maximize our clients’ financial recovery through settlement, mediation, and trial. She has taken multiple cases to verdict, has several published appellate division decisions, and has had speaking engagements and publications around the country regarding strategic and ethical civil litigation. She was also named as a “Rising Star” in litigation in 2021, a distinction earned by only 2.5% of attorneys in the state.
