Dyana Boxley is an experienced trial attorney who has spent her legal career advocating for victims of gender-based violence.
She began as an Assistant District Attorney in the Special Victims Division of the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. While there, Dyana prosecuted hundreds of cases of intimate partner abuse, ranging from harassment and stalking to sexual assault and life-threatening assaults.
Dyana transitioned to a position as a senior staff attorney at Sanctuary for Families, a non-profit organization that provides representation to gender-based violence survivors. Working out of the Bronx Family Justice Center, Dyana directly represented survivors in Family Court and in matrimonial proceedings.
Dyana Boxley earned her B.A. in Africana Studies and Women’s Studies from Vassar College in 2010. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2014. While there, she earned multiple awards for pro bono and clinical work.
Dyana is admitted to practice law in New York State.
