LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST ROCKEFELLER UNIVERSITY ON BEHALF OF VICTIM OF ALLEGED CHILD SEX ABUSE
The Suit Falls Within the One-Year Filing Window Under the Child Victims Act
New York, NY – Sex abuse victim’s attorney Jeff Herman announced the filing of a lawsuit against Rockefeller University on behalf of Peter Katsikis, who alleges Dr. Reginald Archibald sexually abused him as a child. The filing of the suits was made possible by the opening of the window for filing claims under the New York Child Victims Act.

- This suit is being filed on behalf of Peter Katsikis who has a claim against Rockefeller University for alleged child sexual abuse by Dr. Reginald Archibald.
- Katsikis alleges that he was brought to Dr. Archibald at Dr. Archibald’s request for a “comparison study” in the evaluation of his sister who was seen by Dr. Archibald first in regard to being undersized for her age.
- Katsikis alleges that during the exam, Dr. Archibald stroked the back of his penis until he was erect and then continued to masturbate him on the examination table. Dr. Archibald also allegedly made Katsikis stand up naked against the wall with his hands out in front of him and took multiple pictures of him while his penis was still erect. While Dr. Archibald was taking pictures of Katsikis naked, a nurse walked in and was allegedly in a position to see that Katsikis was standing naked in the room. She then left katsikis alone with Dr. Archibald again, where Dr. Archibald allegedly had Katsikis sit on his lap naked and placed his hand on his bare left buttocks while trying to reassure Katsikis that the examination was normal in an apparent effort to avoid any disclosure of his actions in the examination to Katsikis’ mother.
