In over 15 years of practice, Amy has learned that to get the best for clients you have to be willing to go to trial and has never failed to fulfill that promise.
Amy started her career as a prosecutor where she gained extensive courtroom experience. After leaving the District Attorney’s office, Amy worked as a defense attorney, family law attorney, then eventually began working at a prominent Insurance Defense firm where she gained invaluable experience defending insurance companies. This experience has provided Amy with insight into the analysis, facts and considerations necessary to obtain the best results for plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
Over the past 15 years, Amy has successfully handled thousands of cases through settlement or verdict. Amy has tried over 50 cases to verdict during her career, giving her essential skills to manage, prepare, negotiate and try cases on behalf of victims.
Amy is committed to seeking justice for survivors of sexual abuse and being a voice for victims to heal. She understands the sensitive, confusing and emotional situations our clients face, and puts great emphasis and pride in ensuring that the legal process is as positive, empowering and stress-free as possible.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with family and taking her dog to the beach.
