As a Research, Writing, and Appeals attorney, Arielle brings diverse experience in the judiciary at both the trial and appellate levels to her advocacy for survivors of sexual abuse.
Before joining Herman Law, Arielle served as an Appellate Court Attorney at the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division, Second Department, where she wrote reports and drafted opinions for the Justices on civil, criminal, family, probate, and administrative matters. Prior to that, Arielle clerked for the Honorable Michael A. Toto, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County.
Arielle earned her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, which she attended on a full merit scholarship. During law school, she served as a Note and Comment Editor on the Administrative Law Review and as her graduating class’ Commencement Speaker.
Arielle continues to do pro bono work for Stand With Us, assisting in their litigation efforts to combat antisemitism.
