Amber is a New York State-barred attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation. Prior to joining Herman Law, she specialized in motion work and personal injury defense litigation. This provided valuable insight into the strategies and procedures of the defense, critical for the transition back into plaintiff’s work.
Amber’s career began as a plaintiff’s Special Education attorney. She represented families under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) against the school districts to provide special education services and funding. Her passion for supporting those wronged by flawed institutions complements the zealous advocacy of Herman Law.
Amber earned a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s College.
