Aaron Parker is a seasoned litigator with a career built on fighting for individuals against powerful institutions. He brings decades of courtroom experience and a deep commitment to amplifying the voices of survivors of institutional sexual abuse.
Prior to Herman Law, Aaron began his career gaining experience defending insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of complex litigation matters. After eight years in that side of the litigation field, Aaron switched to representing individuals against multinational corporations in mass torts and then returned to case specific litigation representing individuals harmed by medical mistakes involving doctors and hospitals. That representation included pushing cases aggressively to trial. Aaron achieved, along with his trial partner, the largest to date medical malpractice verdict in Howard County, Maryland, in December of 2024.
Prior to focusing on medical malpractice cases on behalf of injured persons, Aaron spent a few years working with and developing claims for adult survivors of sexual abuse at Catholic schools and churches in western Pennsylvania. He is grateful for the opportunity to return to this area of the legal world and help more survivors amplify their voice against institutions that failed them when they were children.
Aaron earned his Juris Doctorate from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Memphis Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree from Earlham College.
Aaron is admitted to practice law in Tennessee, Maryland, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ).
