Sarah Serrano is a seasoned litigator known for her zealous advocacy and steadfast dedication to her clients. She combines her legal skill with a personal commitment to guiding and supporting those she represents through every stage of the litigation process. Prior to joining Herman Law, Sarah was a Partner at a premier national defense firm, leading her team in defending corporate entities in a wide array of suits including wrongful death claims and catastrophic injuries. After nine years of working for the defense and gaining invaluable insight and experience, Sarah decided to pursue a more meaningful career as a Plaintiff’s attorney and joined Herman Law where she has dedicated her career to giving victims of child sex abuse a voice. Sarah earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2016. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego. Sarah is admitted to practice law in the State of California, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
