Sam Herman

Sam is a passionate attorney at Herman Law, dedicated to helping survivors of sexual abuse pursue justice through civil litigation. With a strong commitment to advocating for victims, Sam combines his legal expertise with a deep understanding of psychology to connect with survivors and offer compassionate support.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University, gaining valuable insights into human behavior and trauma. Motivated to make a difference, Sam pursued his legal education at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor degree and honed his skills in civil litigation.

As a proud parent of multiple children, Sam is especially committed to protecting vulnerable individuals. Barred in Florida, he is eager to apply his passion and training to fight for justice for sexual abuse survivors at Herman Law.
