Attorney Parker Hall

Parker is an experienced litigator licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He graduated from Rowan University in 2015 and earned his juris doctorate from Rutgers Law School in 2018, where he served as the Managing Notes Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and as a Judicial Board Member of the Rutgers Law Electoral Committee.

Following law school, Parker had the privilege of serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Benjamin Podolnick, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County. During his clerkship, Parker also served as a certified mediator, which enabled him to assist litigants in effectuating pretrial dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Herman Law, Parker was an associate attorney at a leading national defense firm in which he primarily represented school districts and other public entities in civil rights, employment, and First Amendment litigation.

In 2022, Parker joined the Herman Law Firm, P.A., where he now devotes the entirety of his practice advocating for victims of sexual abuse.
