Jessica is a thoughtful and dedicated attorney who has a reputation for ensuring her clients are heard by taking a hands-on approach with them while zealously and relentlessly advocating for their rights and legacies. Jessica knows that helping victims of sexual abuse understand and proceed through the journey of civil litigation with confidence is her mission and privilege.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2008 and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2003 from Villanova University. Jessica’s work ethic and dedication to carving out her career in law is illustrated by the fact that she maintained full time employment at law firms while attending law school.
Jessica started her career in law and litigation before she graduated college as a summer intern in an Estate litigation firm. During the next few years, while working toward her JD, she was employed by firms practicing staff counsel insurance defense and employment litigation. Her path to a thirteen-year practice in the matrimonial and family law arenas in her own firm included acquiring experience in criminal defense, government relations, foreclosure defense and insurance subrogation. Jessica has also helped hundreds of clients as a Certified Divorce Mediator and has conducted hundreds of Impartial Hearings as an Impartial Hearing Officer. Jessica’s experiences and skill refinement in various forms of civil litigation have best prepared her to provide the most comprehensive and aggressive counsel for the victims of abuse.
After over 13 years of matrimonial practice, Jessica realized there are other clients who can use her client focused help through the emotionally charged process of civil litigation. She brings her vast and extensive knowledge of client service, litigation procedure and deposition techniques refined through her legal career to advocate for victims of sexual abuse.
Jessica’s favorite thing to do is vacation with her husband and two daughters making memories.
Jessica is a member of the New York State Bar, Suffolk County Bar and is admitted to practice in the Eastern District Court of New York, the Northern District Court of New York, the Western District Court of New York, and the Southern District Court of New York.
