Jesse Seiden specializes in advocating for victims of sexual abuse throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Herman Law, Jesse practiced law in New York in the areas of complex medical malpractice defense litigation for major metropolitan area hospital systems, and psychiatric defense. Jesse was named a New York Metro Rising Star by Super Lawyers in the area of medical malpractice from 2016-2020. Jesse is also certified in Divorce Mediation.
Jesse earned his B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University. He thereafter earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as a member of the New York International Law Review. Jesse also served as the Externals Director of the St. John’s University Dispute Resolution Society.
Jesse is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
