Arlen Litman-Cleper is an Attorney with over a Decade of litigation experience in US District Federal Courts and California State Courts. His experience includes representing a diverse group of multi-national corporations, public entities, Fortune 500 companies, sole proprietorships, and individuals. Currently, Arlen has devoted his practice to helping victims of Sexual Abuse. Previously, Arlen focused on both plaintiff and defense representation in catastrophic personal injury/wrongful death, product liability, and business/commercial litigation.
Arlen has tried numerous high-stakes cases to verdict in Courts throughout California, obtaining successful results for his clients. He is also adept at seeking cost-effective resolution for his clients through Dispositive Motions, Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution methods.
Arlen is a San Francisco Native and current resident. He attended the University of Southern California for his undergraduate education before receiving his J.D. from the Golden Gate University School of Law.
