Kyrus Mohta is a dedicated and accomplished trial attorney admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey. Kyrus brings a wealth of experience to help his clients navigate complex legal matters while pursuing justice for victims.
Kyrus graduated from American University’s Washington College of Law and began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. There, he handled a voluminous felony and misdemeanor caseload including attempted murders, armed robberies, and serious assaults. With a keen understanding of the law and a passion for justice, Kyrus has successfully prosecuted cases from inception to verdict.
After leaving the district attorney’s office, Kyrus joined a large national law firm, where he defended insurance carriers and Fortune 500 companies in complex civil matters involving high-exposure construction accidents, premises liability, product liability, property damage, and professional negligence claims. Kyrus is also an active member of the South Asian Bar Association (SABA).
