Virginia Martucci is a dedicated advocate for consumers and victims of abuse. Prior to joining Herman Law, Virginia represented dependent adults and elderly clients who were victims of abuse and neglect perpetrated by skilled nursing and residential care facilities. Additionally, she has represented many consumers in personal injury, wrongful death, and employment cases throughout her career.
Virginia received her Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Davis and a Master’s degree in Government from California State University, Sacramento. She attended law school at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she was Chief Technical Editor of the Law Review and graduated with Great Distinction.
She is actively involved in the legal community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association (CCTLA). She is licensed to practice in California.
