We’re proud to share that Jenny Rossman, a lead trial attorney at Herman Law, was recently featured on an episode of The Mothers podcast.
In this candid and inspiring conversation, Jenny discusses what it means to advocate for survivors of sexual abuse while also raising two young children. Drawing on her experience as the former Bureau Chief of the Sex Crimes & Child Abuse Unit in Orlando, and as a former Assistant State Attorney in the Sexual Battery Unit of the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, Jenny reflects on the emotional weight of her work, how she learned to compartmentalize trauma, and what protecting children in court has taught her about raising her own.
She also talks about her path to becoming an attorney, the realities of litigating while pregnant, and the importance of letting go of “mom guilt.”
We’re honored to have Jenny leading our trial team and grateful for her continued dedication to survivors.
