Father Andrzej Jacek Kozanko, originally from Poland, was ordained in 2000 and served in various parish and chaplaincy roles while incardinated in the Diocese of Fall River, including work as a parish priest, hospital chaplain, and counselor at a youth camp during his seminary summers.
In January 2021, the Diocese of Fall River publicly included his name on its list of clergy credibly accused of sexual abuse of a minor, and his faculties were restricted as part of that action.

Survivors of sexual abuse by Father Andrzej Jacek Kozanko may pursue civil claims against the Diocese of Fall River, which publicly included his name on its January 2021 list of credibly accused clergy and restricted his faculties as part of that action.
