Complaint
ALERT: USF FRATERNITY sued for the sexual assault of a minor;
Complaint alleges 16 year old girl was plied with alcohol at party and raped.

WHAT: JEFF HERMAN (www.hermanlaw.com), a nationally-recognized attorney for victims of sexual abuse, announces the filing of a lawsuit against PI KAPPA PHI FRATERNITY ZETA ETA CHAPTER at the University of South Florida and Dillon LeGamma for the sexual assault of JANE DOE No. 72 by fraternity member Dillon LeGamma. LeGamma was arrested and charged with sexual battery on a child over 12.

Upon information and belief:

• JANE DOE was provided with, and encouraged to drink copious amounts of alcohol, despite being underage, to the point in which she became unconscious

• When Jane Doe and her two sisters arrived at the entrance of the fraternity they were told that they did not need to produce ID’s, and the PI KAPPA PHI members are just “making it look like they were checking ID’s, so they didn’t get in trouble”
• JANE DOE became dangerously intoxicated to the point in which she had difficulty standing up and was incoherent. Despite this, PI KAPPA PHI members continued to encourage and pressure JANE DOE to drink alcohol.
• In Dillon LeGamma’s room, JANE DOE passed out and became unconscious due to her level of extreme intoxication. Dillon LeGamma then had sexual intercourse with JANE DOE’s unconscious body, despite her age and obvious level of intoxication.
Her attorney Jeff Herman stated “I am very proud of the bravery of my client coming forward. Fraternities need to be held accountable.”

JANE DOE v. PI KAPPA PHI FRATERNITY ZETA ETA CHAPTER was filed today in The Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida.
