Woman Alleges Sexual Abuse by Male Masseuse, According to Sex Abuse Lawsuit Filed Against Sanctuary Hotel Group et al. in Miami, Florida

WHAT: Attorney JEFF HERMAN, a nationally recognized attorney for victims of sexual abuse, announces the filing of a new lawsuit against SANCTUARY HOTEL GROUP ET AL. for the sexual abuse of a young woman by Juan Fraga, a masseuse working at the Sanctuary Spa & Salon.

According to the Complaint:

  • On February 20, 2012 went to the Sanctuary Hotel with her husband for a holiday weekend and purchased a massage at the Spa through Groupon.
  • The Spa assigned masseuse Juan Fraga, who failed to use appropriate draping techniques and rendered Jane Doe completely naked within 10-15 minutes. He proceeded to “massage” her exposed breast and lower belly, saying it was a technique in which he specialized.
  • Juan Fraga continued the sexual conduct by inserting his hands between Jane Doe’s buttocks and moving them between her legs. Fraga then rubbed Jane Doe’s labia and genital region and placed his penis in her hand.

Jane Doe No. 18 v. Sanctuary Hotel Group, Inc., et al. was filed in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court early Thursday morning.
