Tony Brown Sr., House Of Montessori Education Day Care employee charged with molesting two children under age 10

Tony Brown Sr., 63, has been charged with statutory sodomy and five counts of child molestation after police reported that he molested two girls under the age of 10 at House Of Montessori Education, a south St. Louis day care facility where he was employed.

Brown was working at the day care at 7814 South Broadway when he allegedly molested the girls. Brown inappropriately touched one of the girls and forced her to touch him inappropriately over his clothing, according to the probable cause statement.

He touched another girl inappropriately over her clothing on the same day as the first victim. The investigators were informed that he did it again the next week.

Both victims said Brown told them something bad would happen to them if they told anyone what he did to them.

The daycare is located at 7814 South Broadway is House Of Montessori Education. The facility is a regulated child care provider that can care for up to 99 children. According to the records, the children were between the ages of six weeks and 12 years old.

Brown is currently being held without bond, and an appeal to be allowed bond was denied.
