Osvaldo “Ozzie” Rocha is a dedicated attorney committed to advocating for survivors of abuse and advancing social justice through civil litigation.
Ozzie’s passion for representing vulnerable populations began during his time at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2021. As a clinical student in the Immigrant Justice Clinic, he represented victims of domestic abuse, labor trafficking, and sex trafficking, assisting numerous clients in securing legal status in the United States. His zealous advocacy resulted in significant victories for his clients, including successfully representing a survivor of domestic violence in obtaining residency without assistance from her abusive U.S. citizen spouse. In another notable case, Ozzie secured T-visa status for a survivor of labor trafficking after the government attempted to deny relief based on her previous relationship with her trafficker. His efforts reunited his client with her two children in Guatemala and earned him recognition as a Loyola Social Justice Law Clinic Outstanding Student.
Ozzie is admitted to the State Bar of California and continues to bring the same dedication and tenacity to his work at Herman Law that defined his clinical practice—fighting to secure justice and accountability for survivors of institutional abuse and sexual assault.
