Nicole dedicates her practice to advocating for victims of sexual abuse across New York State.
Nicole began her career in Virginia, where she represented clients in immigration and family law matters and gained significant courtroom experience. Immediately prior to joining Herman Law, Nicole exclusively represented plaintiffs in matters involving personal injury as a result of nursing home negligence, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and general negligence. She has a wide range of litigation and appellate practice experience.
Nicole received her J.D. in 2011 from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as a lead articles editor of the San Diego International Law Journal. Prior to law school, she earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 2005. Nicole is licensed to practice law in New York, Virginia, and the Western District of New York.
