Lauren Pennisi is an accomplished attorney with over 15 years of litigation experience, and she is passionate about fighting for justice for victims of sexual abuse. Prior to joining Herman Law, Lauren specialized in plaintiff’s medical malpractice and personal injury matters and was associated with several prestigious personal injury law firms in New York City.
A proud native New Yorker, Lauren earned her B.A. from Binghamton University and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
Lauren has been named to Super Lawyers New York Metro since 2022 and as a Rising Star from 2015 to 2020. Her chapter, “The Wrongful Death Case from a Plaintiff’s Perspective,” was published in the fourth edition of Medical Malpractice in New York, by the New York State Bar Association.
