Jason Rubin is Trial Attorney in Herman Law’s New York office. Prior to joining Herman Law, Jason specialized in medical malpractice litigation for 30+ years, representing plaintiffs who were catastrophically injured as a result of the negligence of physicians and hospitals. During this time, he obtained substantial verdicts and settlements for his clients. Jason received BA in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1990 and a JD from Emory University School of Law in 1993. Jason has been selected to Super Lawyers since 2010.
