Jason is an experienced litigator licensed to practice in the States of California, Nevada, and Texas. Before joining Herman Law, Jason was an attorney with several defense firms representing major corporations and insurance companies. He is now devoted to ensuring that victims of abuse receive the justice they deserve.

Jason has been recognized by his peers for his legal abilities. He was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Civil Litigation for five consecutive years (2016-2020) and a Super Lawyer in 2023. Jason also enjoys giving back to the legal community by teaching as an adjunct professor with the U.C. Davis Paralegal Program, speaking at continuing legal education seminars and conferences, and he has authored several legal articles which have been published in respected legal periodicals. This shows Jason’s standing in the legal community and his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of legal practice.

In 2005, Jason graduated magna cum laude from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Three years prior, Jason graduated as the most outstanding business student and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dominican University of California.
