Guinness J. Costello is a thoughtful and effective advocate who is proud to exclusively represent survivors of sexual abuse, fiercely pursuing justice on behalf of all his clients.
After receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2019, Guinness began his career representing victims of utility caused fires and injured workers throughout California. Guinness considers it his calling to represent everyday people against the large organizations that cause them harm.
Guinness is admitted to practice in the State of California, and several federal courts including the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
