Daniel is an experienced trial attorney who devotes his entire practice to representing survivors of abuse.
Daniel has extensive trial and appellate experience representing both individuals and multinational corporations throughout New York’s state and federal courts. Prior to joining Herman Law, Daniel worked at a large national law firm representing Fortune 500 companies in the areas of retail and hospitality, transportation, sports and entertainment, and construction law in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation.
Daniel was named a New York Super Lawyer Rising Star multiple times throughout his career.
Daniel attended Duquesne University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree at SUNY Geneseo.
