Craig H. Bernhardt is a native of Western New York. In 1997, he graduated from St. John Fisher University and went on to attend law school at Albany Law School of Union University, graduating in 2000 with a concentration in civil litigation.
Since law school, Craig has spent the past twenty-five plus years fighting for the rights of injury victims. He is passionate about representing people, not the Government or Corporate America. He prides himself on his caring and empathetic approach to working with his clients and their families. He works relentlessly to help juries find the truth and deliver justice to those who have been wronged.
Craig has successfully represented and counseled hundreds of injury victims throughout his career which has been fueled by his determination and passion to stand up for the rights of people. For the members of our community.
He was a semi-finalist in the senior prize trial competition and has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a top 100 trial lawyer.
Craig founded the Hubert & Dennis Bernhardt Foundation in 2017. A charitable organization in memory of his father and grandfather whose mission statement is to Enhance the Community in Loving Memory of Loved Ones Lost.
