As a career plaintiff’s attorney, Alyshia is a zealous advocate for those who have been wrongfully harmed by others. Here at Herman Law, Alyshia uses that same passion to empower and strengthen survivors of sexual abuse by giving them a voice to stand up to their abusers through civil litigation.
Alyshia began her legal career representing injured workers in their claims for damages due to injuries suffered while on the job. She then joined a prestigious plaintiff’s class action consumer law firm where she gained invaluable experience in complex civil litigation. More recently and prior to joining Herman Law, Alyshia represented hundreds of plaintiffs in their personal injury claims, successfully obtaining lucrative settlements for her clients, while working at national and well-known personal injury law firm.
Before practicing law, Alyshia attended Texas State University, where she graduated summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice and sociology. She then attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, where she devoted her time and efforts to the California Innocence Project, an organization dedicated to freeing the innocent and wrongfully convicted from prison.
