Abigail is committed to advocating for survivors of sexual abuse, guiding clients through the civil litigation process with compassion and determination. She works to ensure that every client feels supported and empowered as they seek justice.
Abigail earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2012, following her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2009.
She began her legal practice in family law, representing clients in child custody and domestic violence matters, as well as advocating for clients in juvenile dependency proceedings. Her career then took her to in-house positions with major insurance companies, where she developed a thorough understanding of how defense counsel approaches litigation.
Drawing on this diverse background, Abigail now focuses on standing alongside abuse survivors in their pursuit of accountability and healing. Her unique perspective from both sides of litigation allows her to anticipate challenges and build effective strategies for her clients.
Abigail is admitted to practice law in California.
